Range Rover p38 4.6 v8

The car runs great considering it’s a p38 these are renowned to have issues.
The mileage on the dash says around 230k but it had a replacement engine in 2011 at a cost of £4500 I have the receipt to prove.
Air conditioning working and parking sensors working.
The gas system has been overhauled and works perfect so makes it cheaper to run.
The previous owner had this car for 11 years now you can’t own a car like this and not maintain it. No expense has been spared.
Only negatives is the exhaust manifold gaskets need replacing they’re blowing slightly causing a ticking sound and the bonnet on one side doesn’t seem to close fully could be an easy fix.
