2001 sym city hopper got 12,295 miles it had a new set of lock and a few new bulbs and new battery it does switch on the indicators work the brake light work haven't started it cos to busy working but I was told it worked before the guy put it in his garage and forgot about the fella since died and his daughter asked us to clear out the garage and this was in there it'll work if someone got time and patience to get it working
