Little walled garden or yard.

Description:

A piece of land on a street in a lovely little Scottish Town on the east coast.

Used to be a working garage that was pulled down with car pit which is now a hole, walled all around approx 6ft high and wooden double gates. No services connected (so no rates).
Classed by Angus council as a ‘yard’.
More of a very over-grown garden area I would say.

I bought it in 2018 and wanted to make it into a little community market or I thought of putting my yurt there. it’s approx 40 feet x 40 feet.
Could store a couple of metal containers there perhaps with long-term storage. Not sure how easy that would be..
I’m sure there are lots of uses, but my heart is no longer in Scotland. I’m now in Lincolnshire and have no use for it myself.

Might appeal to someone who wants a cheap and quirky bit of land to call their own.. approx 2 hours drive from Edinburgh
