Last service 147,917 on the 16/09/22 all oem parts and filters with millers 5w-40 fully synthetic oil.
Mot till November 2023.
Oem exedy clutch kit fitted 19/04/22.
Stacks of paperwork with the car tax discs, work carried out by Honda specialists even down to the sign over sheet when the car was bought new! Previous owner stated the timing chain has been replaced but no proof unfortunately. Had the chain inspected and it looks perfect.
Just spent a further £350 in November on new rear callipers, drop links and wheel bearings to get through mot. Great example ep3, hard to find a tidy one of these now I nearly gave up looking until I found this one back in may 2021. Only going up in value, it’s a reluctant sale but I’m wanting a newer car and I think now is the time. This is my second civic type r and I’ve loved every minute of owning it. I plan on giving the car a 2 stage paint correction and paint protection prior to sale and ready for winter, But just seeking any interest before hand.

Spec list is as follows:
- Toyosport 4-2-1 stainless manifold.
- Scorpion stainless cat back exhaust system.
- K&n cone filter induction kit.
- Enkei evo 8 wheels in copper rose gold wrapped in toyo proxies tr1s.
- 15mm hub centric wheel spacers.
- Eibach 40mm lowering springs.
- Skunk2 weighted gear knob.
- Sony double din head unit with mic. (Supports Apple car play).
- Team heko wind deflectors.
- Dspec2 quick release boss kit.
- Momo steering wheel.
- Cold air fog light duct (to reduce engine bay temperatures.)
- Dash mounted pod with live diagnostics controlling air,oil,water temps.
- Polybushed engine mounts.
- Mugen spoiler (also comes with the original as I’m not 100% on the finish of the spoiler itself).
- Had the car under sealed back in June 2021. (sadly didn’t take any photos before hand but I can assure you it’s solid. (Inspections are welcome).

Bad points: as honest as I can be with the car, the engine management light is on due to the 4-2-1 manifold. I did have all intentions of getting the car re mapped after Christmas to get it mapped out. For mot I turned the light out with the dash pod. (I can show how this works). A few age related marks on the car but nothing too obvious (stone chips etc). Please no test pilots. A deposit will hold the car as I’m in no rush selling it.
