I'm also putting in a big portable petrol generator so you can put it outside the van and run it on 240v of the generator so the van is fully off grid can run on 12v or 240v anywhere also the hook up at campsites is available.

Fully fitted swivel toilet and shower area with tambour door very neat and tidy solid fixed with anti slip shower tray.

All lino on the floor with all the trims around the edges to make it look smart.

I kept the bulkhead in for strength and privacy purposes also its carpeted in a dark colour.

King size bed area for whatever size and shape mattress you want to put in I haven't put one in because everyone likes different style and spec etc, also that's why I haven't detailed the outside or inside with pictures, canvases and decals etc because everyone likes different stuff I'd rather buy a blank canvas like this and do all the detailing myself if I was buying one or building this has purely been done for house buying purpose so the van has been done professionally to top spec no money wasted or corners cut.

All wheels and hubs have been refurbished and painted professionally also all trims and bumpers its had everything done and I mean everything I know first person who's looking at a van like this will buy it with no price drops.

It's the better and stronger model it's the older 413 not like the rusty 06 plate and upwards.
