Facelift ep3 type r

Id like to start off with i dont want to get rid of this car as i love it but unfortunately i have to have surgery on my back as its crumbling so need something with more comfort

Its a 2004 cosmic grey ep3 facelift type r. Its currently on 102k which is low for its age but will rise as its still in use. Ive owned the car for nearly a year now and have done alot of work to it which includes:

New top mounts
New ball joints
New track rod ends
New drop links
New lambda sensors
New engine mount
New tyres
New front and rear pads (brembo)
New typhoon kit
Full service including vtec solonoid
New aux belt
New radiator
New battery
New 2.5 inch mid exhaust (sounds mint)
Number plate led plates
6000k sidelight and headlight bulbs

There is more just cant remember at the min.

Steering wheel has the dreaded leather peel not to bad tho
Rust bubble on rear arch
Headlights need polishing
Abs sensor needs changing. I bought 2 but i got the wrong ones. I need small connectors but got sent big connectors.

I have been meaning to get these bits done but been mad busy with work. Interior is like new no marks burns scuffs or rips and is cleaned regulary. Like i said im only getting rid as my back is destroyed from years off abuse in jobs so need a comfy car now please NO deathtraps as my kids go in my cars and i wouldnt do that to anybody myself. Mot is until middle of july next year advisories have been sorted. Any more info need please ask and ill get straight back to you. Cheers
