For sale or swap a modern classic now, NB MK2 Mazda MX-5 1.8 16V petrol manual with private number plate worth more than £1k included.

This is the standard version so no central locking or many electronics to go wrong (!); no ABS, no ESP or traction control, manual roof, manual window mirrors but with electric windows. Interior in very good condition for age without ripped fabric or broken plastics. Roof in good condition with just two small patches, working and without leaks. With aftermarket Stereo.

Car drives beautifully without any knocks or bangs. And she's really fast as it's a very light car, 1,025kg curb weight with 138BHP stock and 0-60MPH in 7.7 seconds according to Mazda. She has the more powerful 1.8 16V petrol engine that has done only 102k in 25 years (!). Mechanically she is sound and pretty stock, the only upgrade being the newer radiator. Everything does work as it should. She has x2 new Hankook tyres on the front and the ones on the back have more than half life. With the rare TSW Stealth alloys.

With original manual and x2 keys. Unfortunately previous owner lost service history but is written in the manual that cambelt and water pump were changed at 90k.
