I'm going to say this is brand new because I bought it a few months ago, wore it to ride around the block and it was just to tight! I missed the deadline to return if and its just sat there since in it's box. Size is Large, lovely looking helmet, gutted it doesn't fit me! Collection from Longridge PR3.
