2004 3.0 Diesel BMW X5

Description:

Picked up recently not sure it’s for me, seems solid mechanically. The only things I’ve noticed
*paint on back panel is a little rough
*rechargeable battery in keys gone so open doors with keys.
*one rear door doesn’t open, drivers door a bit sticky

Work done:
Air-con charged May 25
Water leak repaired ( broken thermostat housing fully replaced ) May 25
no heat in cabin repaired May 25
Bonnet catch repaired May 25
Fitted an add on CarPlay system June 25 original radio screen is fuzzy
Replaced front BMW badge June 25

I have had this checked out by a mechanic and been advised in time - lower rear ball joints and a cv boot will be needed to pass next mot. He also noticed an oil leak and suspected exhaust leak one of the back doors doesn’t open from the outside. Drivers door needs a big pull to open. Radio screen has gone a bit scrambled but Apple add on play system works spot on.
