Buckingham 26FT BOAT PROJECT

I took the boat out of the water, at the end of 2020 when I bought it, and it has been out ever since. I thought I could get this project done a lot sooner but with not living very close to it I don't really get much done. I have decided it is better to sell it as I just don't have the time for it anymore. There don't appear to be many of these Buckingham boats around anymore, but they are well built. Viking boats took them over from what I understand and that is why they look so similar. I have started many jobs on the boat but have not really finished any of them. The leisure batteries were dead when I bought it, and in a terrible place, so I have replaced these. You can see the new batteries on one of the photos, there are 4 Yuasa deep cycle 6v batteries at 100 amp hours each. There are 2 solar panels, 1 large one which is 100 or 150 watts and one small 30 watt as a trickle charger for the motor battery. There is a small toilet area with a cassette toilet on board. There is a nice fridge that works on 12v or I believe you can run it on mains also. It has a central heating system also that is also supposed to supply hot water, I have never tried this. I have taken the old kitchen or galley units out as they were in bad shape, I have a new cabinet to go in. It is a bit of a shell in places on the inside as I have been trying to do it up as a liveaboard. I have the boat at a boatyard in Tarleton Lancashire and it can be viewed on weekends by appointment. The rent is paid up through May, so it can be kept there until then. Any questions please ask and I will do my best to answer them. I have added a few more photos showing the outboard engine. The engine ran well when I took the boat out of the water, but could do with a service now that it has been out of the water for some time. It does not come with a safety certificate.
