2018 Toyota Proace Crew cab van

Up for sale due to me buying a replacement. Gutted to let it go as it's never let me down but can't drive both.
2018 Toyota Proace Crew cab 6 seater.
High miles at 201k but owned by me since 13k miles for the last 5.5 years and has been solely my own van used for my own business. It has only ever carried my tools and towed our caravan.
Toyota history to 100k and then by a local garage after that.
I have both keys
17" wolfrace commercial load rated alloys to 1000kg each wheel. Correct 103 rating hd tyres fitted.
Cambelt not due for another 50k miles.
New valeo clutch and dual mass in January 2025 along with a 7k mile gearbox.
Mot until march 2026. It went for a pre MOT and all it needed was 2 front tyres and a rear wheel bearing. Never failed an MOT.
Android auto head unit. Original will be supplied with it.
I'll leave the roof rails and roof bars on. Cycle rack will be removed.
I've maintained this to the highest standards throughout my ownership as it was solely my own mode of transport to earn my living. Never been abused, all motorway driving.

Obviously with it's age it has a few marks around it but overall it's extremely clean and presentable.

Couple of things to note. Handsfree microphone isn't the best, I always used earbuds, when wheel centre cap missing which I'll endeavour to replace.
