Bmw M240i stage 2+ Blue

Here for sale is my 2017 BMW M240i in Estoril blue which I have owned for just over a year which also has many upgrades including stage 2+ mapping and a BMW Mperformance LSD!
87,000 miles on the clock.
HPI Clear.
Has a full years mot from today (16th july).
Onboard service history all up to date.
Been well looked after in my time and the owner before.
In these 12 months I have done the following service items:
Full (large service) which included all filters, spark plugs, air filter, breather valve and fuel solenoid.
Gearbox service which included sump pan and new oil.
Diff oil change (has a LSD fitted).
Brake fluid change.
New battery (was on the original BMW one).
Been to BMW for air bag recall, they also done a check over and no faults found (paperwork included).
Steering rack bush upgrade.
4 Wheel Alignment (various times after chassis modifications).

In these 12 months I have done the following upgrades:
Bilstein B14 suspension.
Braided hoses front and rear (Previous owner had new discs and DS2500 brake pads front and rear).
Rear sub frame powerflex inserts.
Genuine BMW Mperformance rear LSD diff (not cheap!).
Front M2 lower arms to improve Camber and handling also making it look more mean!
Vehicle specific aftermarket alloys, tyres all have good tread so haven't needed replacing.
5" sports cat downpipe.
Rear resonator delete pipe.
Panel air filter upgrade including big bore intake hose and big bore Osprey Performance alloy intake elbow to turbo.
Upgraded high pressure fuel pump (TU pump).
XHP stage 3 gearbox map.
Stage 2 + MGFlasher Map running approx 450-470bhp and 650/700nm of torque.

Other modifications include the latest software update on the headunit inc 2024 map update, aftermarket Match amplifer which has been properly fitted with use of a specific loom.
Upgraded front door speakers.

Bodywork wise its in great shape with only the odd minor blemish and couple of stone chips, had a dent guy recently take out a couple of car park dings which was annoying me!
Also has the black wing mirror covers, front grille, badges and rear diffuser.
Carbon spoiler/lip.

Starts on the button every time and runs very very well, these B58 engines are fantastic!
Does brilliantly on fuel, easily 33-35mpg on a run and low 30's around town.
Comes with 2 keys and all paperwork.
Most of the original parts will be supplied like the original cat, diff etc.
Very hard decision to sell as I have got this Beemer exactly where I wanted it but I am after 4 doors, as much as I have justified 2 doors it just doesn't get used as much as I would like because of the limited space in the rear and lack of extra doors (we use my missus car most as its a 4 door!) so it just ends up being left parked up.
So i will be replacing this with a sporty 4 door Beemer or big V8 Saloon/Estate of some description.
