with wrap around veranda and sought after location on the park. It has just been recently apolstered and brand new carpets and flooring through out. Separate shower and toilet.

I rent the van out and in the 6 weeks holidays it rents for £600 a week with a lot of regular guests should you wish to rent i’m happy to give you my facebook page also.
There is a change over fee to pay which is around £2500 however i will confirm this.
The ground rent can be paid monthly from September to May and was £3500 last year.
It will not be ready until the 1st of September.
