Bad Bits.

Van has been a previous insurance write off
The engine of the van has about 95.000 miles on but the clocks are showing more miles.
The van has a couple rust marks at the back but not rotten it has had the the bottom of the van painted in raptor paint as it was a bit scabby but not rotton just to tidy it up.
