Monterey SCR180 - 3.0 mercruiser

Looking at selling my 1995 Montrey SCR 180 - 3.0 mercrusier, alpha 1 gen 2, great road legal trailer.

Great looking boat on the water.

I will give it a clean and update with better photos/video of it running when I get time.

Have spent alot of time and money trying to keep this boat as original as can be Refurbishing/rewiring etc.

Trailer was stripped back to bare metal and refurbished, new wheels/tyres and given a once over by Mr towbar in Ayr.

Over £1000 spent last year alone on getting the boat running well at 360 marine services (receipts to prove) custom camper canopy made by made on the loch, tilt trim pump stainless bracket fitted, new mercruiser alternator, majority of interior wood replaced and re-covered, new bilge pump fitted with auto switch, 1 set of chairs removed and a day bed fitted (still have original seats). New battery October 2024.

Fishfinder/depth gauge, rev, mph, oil and trim gauge all work, head unit fitted with new speakers, led courtesy lighting, anchor lights and nav lights all work. Upgraded to led lighting where possible.

Hull is in good condition, anti-foul removed and left off.

Boat has been sat on the driveway since October, not having anything to tow it and house move have hampered me getting it ready for this season.

Bad bits- Boat runs but needs a carb service,(Carb rebuilt kit supplied -repower marine), noticed exhaust bellow has failed (would recommend doing them all for piece of mind).
This is not a new boat so signs of wear and tear but once its cleaned up it looks fantastic and the quality shows on these old boats.

Floor will need to be replaced at some point spongy between walkthrough window.
