Firstly, I’ve owned this car since 2020 so isn’t your usual passed about crap. Prior to owning it, a good friend owned it for 4 years also. Anyway…….
Starts, runs and drives amazing. Would happily jump in it and drive to other side of the world without a second thought. Still has DPF, cat etc. never been messed about with in that way.
Bodywork is generally excellent with the exception of a few small dings and a front bumper has minor damage.
Interior, full black leather, all electric windows, I drive etc. all works.
Slightly modified. Brand new mid range coilovers. Being honest, drives smoother than the original M suspension. Won’t come with the cades alloys pictured, will be on genuine 19” staggered spiders with new tyres.
When having coilovers fitted, had all new top mounts front and rear and new rear suspension arms. Front were done last year. Had oil service in February and new aux belts.
Gearbox serviced last September.
As with any car of this age it’s not perfect.
Windscreen cracked might get this done on insurance as it’s only £100.
Pressure converter requires changing. The one under the inlet manifold. I have the new converter but haven’t done it as it isn’t causing an issue. Just brings the EML on.
Few marks, dings as said.
Spiders will want a refurb.
No urgency to get rid. But we’ve got an e61 530d that the Mrs uses so we dont need 2 barges. Also this has a tow bar fitted but I removed the neck when I decided to use the 61 for towing our small caravan.
Private plate will be removed
Won’t come with the wheels
Mileage will go up.
