Selling my fully off grid camper as have just purchased a flat and need to release some funds. Van benefits from full years MOT and also just been serviced. As you can see from the pics the van has been converted by the previous owner to a high standard he has fully insulated floor walls ceiling using celotex insulation. I have 100s of pics of the campervan or can send a walkaround vid for anyone seriously considering to purchase. Double bed at the rear above a garage with 2 single beds at the front. There is room in the garage for bikes but if they are full size you will need to dismantle. Happy to deliver the campervan anywhere in the UK for the cost of fuel and Travel back home. Some details below.....

Camper Electrics
300w solar panel sits on the roof (controlled by a 30amp renogy mppt controller)
170 amp hour Lithium Battery (You are able to utilise 100% of the ah of lithium much better than traditional leisure batteries that you can only use 50%)
40 amp renogy battery to battery charger (puts 40 amps an hour into the lithium battery when the engine is running should it be needed)
600 watt 240v inverter (this gives you 240v for two mains sockets that are located in the van nice for charging laptops ebikes etc)
Dimmable led lighting in main area and bedroom also plenty of usb ports and further lighting throughout
Good quality renogy battery monitor screen with shunt so you always know what the battery is doing

Campervan Equipment
12v Fridge (really good size fridge as can be seen in the pics)
12v tv/dvd player with freeview (tv is located in at the double bed and can swivel to the seating area)
Full size gas cooker with 4 gas rings and grill and oven
Truma gas Heater with 10l hot water boiler (There are 5 heater outlets from the truma heater also Heater has a controller to set timer or temp for heater on or off)
LPG tank located under vehicle for gas appliances there is an auto shut on/off switch in the vehicle also a gauge to watch gas level (top up your gas at petrol stations with LPG pumps no need to carry bottles of gas)
Good size sink with hot and cold water
Thetford flush toilet with 2 cassettes (external door for the cassettes)
Good size shower area with extractor vent and heating outlet (shower is controlled by switch on shower head so you are not wasting water)
120 litres Fresh water tank in Garage (External fill point)
60 litres waste water tank underneath van
External gas point for BBQ also external cold shower point
Thermal fleece lined screens for the front windows also fly screen for side door
Plenty of storage through out the camper as you can see by the pics
Reverse camera
2 sets of keys

Bad Points
No service history with the van Timing belt and water pump was replaced by previous owner a new turbo was also fitted and the Brakes were overhauled at the same time. I can give you previous owners contact details should you wish to talk to him to confirm any work that was done to the van. I have the receipts for work I have had done this includes a new 12v battery new starter motor service and MOT work done.....
Fuel gauge and fuel light are permanently on( This looks like a faulty fuel sender that's in the fuel tank) I can get 500 miles to a full tank then decide to fill up.
12v extractor fan above the cooker area is temperamental. You can open it manually and switch the fan on but it does not stay on. I would recommend replacing with a max fan or something similar...
