Note: There is a burn mark on the kitchen unit where the lid was closed on the hob prior to our ownership, but all works great.
All soft furnishings in great condition. Seating area with fold out table. Ample storage, including a wardrobe and multiple cupboards. Lighting and mirror above. Curtains and poles windows.
Runs on gas, electric hook up or leisure battery (battery was replaced 2023) 240v plug sockets. Plug in radiator added 2024, it has been weather proofed twice, cleaned inside and out.
Extras included: Gas bottle, Long electric hook up cable, 3 pin to 240v adapter so you can run it at home off the mains, Pull along water & waste storage canisters, Camping toilet with bags,
Some wear and tear as expected but no holes or leaks, its comes with 1 full gas bottle and 1 half
