Just had cam belt, water pump and Aux belt
At the same time as full service inc all filters and engine oil
Van has no damp issues at all and has been dry stored for most of its life.
Recant soler pannels, new split charger and brand new leisure Batterys, the wiring and connections needs finishing tho, all connections and wires are located together under the rear seat it just needs finishing!!
Has toilet and shower, toilet needs a new seat.
Gas oven and gas or 12v fridge freezer.
Awning is there but I’ve never used it in the whole time of owning it.
Outside condition is very good with no damage or marks anywhere.
Could do with a deep clean inside for new owners and o just don’t have the time to do it. It’s not filthy it just needs a woman’s touch haha l!
