1991 BMW E30 318is in White
4.4 M62 V8 Swapped Manual
164k miles on the clock
Owned the car for over 5 years and another 7 years by someone I know
Has full 318is sport interior in pretty good condition with Mtech steering wheel

Full spec of car as follows:

- 4.4 M62 V8 Non Vanos engine removed from 740i (around 120k miles when removed)
- Custom ZF 5 Speed gearbox from E36 328i + Flywheel etc
- Custom 2.93 Ratio LSD diff from E36 328i Sport
- Custom full stainless steel
exhaust including manifolds make in EU (sounds brilliant)
- Custom Alloy radiator
- Purple tag steering rack from E46 but without power steering
- Full Mtech 2 bodywork (front bumper + side pods are aftermarket plastic & rear bumper is genuine)
- Suspension is standard apart from lowering springs I believe
- 15” BBS rep wheels (need refurb)
- Brake servo has been relocated inside the glove box area to allow the engine to fit
- Car had replacement brake pipes and flexes last year
- Both sills + jacking points welded last year and all underneath undersealed etc
- Car is Category C from back in 2013 when it had a small bump in the back (needed rear bumper) bumper was replaced and car had a full respray thereafter in 2014

Overall the car is in pretty good condition, bodywork is clean and well presentable with only maybe 1 or 2 small issues all round

Things that need sorted on the car to make it absolutely perfect:

- 2x front doors have rust bubbles at the bottom
- Engine bay needs tidied up and painted
- Some rust cut out and sorted in the boot where the rubber seal sits
- Speedometer doesn’t work ever since I fitted the LSD (faulty sensor I think)
- small oil leak from the engine (rocket cover gasket I think)
- power steering pipes made up and connected if being picky

Overall it’s a brilliant car, starts and drives fine and sounds amazing. It’s a great running project for someone to finish off to make it perfect. Only reason I am selling is due to family circumstances

Price is £17500 ono. Would maybe consider a PX for E36 318is or 328i sport coupe or a swap for a M3.
