New handbrake cables 6 months ago
Brand new front tyres less than a month ago
Rear tyres still got plenty of life left in them

Fresh 12 months MOT, couple of advisories for surface rust underneath and front left disc is pitted/scored

CAT N - Previous owner went through insurance as back window was smashed and stereo was stolen, has an aftermarket stereo in it, Bluetooth etc.
I have a HPI check for it to prove that was the only damage, px welcome
