This is a Iveco - Ford originally a horse box. It’s been fully insulated. New flooring from howdons , all plumbing needs doing , the shower room extended with quality bathroom tiles like you would have in your home. 700x700 shower tray. Plumbing in for the shower also shower is supplied with a proper toilet with a sink on top for space saving but it’s a toilet you would have in you home.
I have all new water tanks for underneath 1 for the kitchen and one for the shower room with the pump. Control panel fitted for 12v electrics, all the 12v wires supplied with 20 spot lights 12v ready to be fitted. I was just going to clad the ceiling in white groves sofit board as nice and light and will brighten the inside up. This cladding I haven’t supplied but is cheap to buy. It’s had two new. Tyres £500, new starter motor , it’s a 6.2 engine and runs perfectly and extremely reliable very hard to break that engine. The kitchen is new from howdons £1200 ,I’ve got 2 large leisure batteries there , brackets fitter for two big solar panels on the roof with the wires through inside but one of the solar panels will need replacing.
This has only had 3 previous owners and it’s still got some worked to do and if it’s finished to a high standard like home from home then your looking at a serious camper van which will be worth more than you would need to spend. It’s a 7.5 ton but it’s also got an extension all in proper steel work and professional done for that extra space. A fantastic project to get ready for the summer to either sell and make a profit or enjoy it or even rent out.
Theres a double bed above the cab and a small double at the back with extra height to sit up and have a nice 32inch tv.
I was going to get a specially made slime line sofa bed with a table that lifts over so you can make it a 6 birth.
I haven’t put this through the mot and really don’t want to sell but need the cash low at the moment hence why I’m selling.
