Mercedes 220 coupe no mot

Good car located in gloucester at my parents house i parked her up out the way then the mot ran out and i havnt had the time to go back down and sort it but drives fine no issues it's a manual car has a dent in the bonnet and the front bumper is a bit shit but from what I can remember that's it oh and the drivers seat is heavily warn in the middle cheap car as is il take 700 cash for it or swap value something on the road ready to go may interest me.
If I mot it and put a new bonnet on it it will be 1500pound all day long
