VW T25 1.9dg years MOT

Here we have for sale my Wife's VW t25, she has had this since April and have done a great amount of work to get her back on the road after 8 years of her being parked up, she's just passed an MOT with flying colours and no advisories.
Since ownership she has been fully stripped and cleaned then fully insulated and carpeted throughout including the dash being removed heater matrix foams replaced and all electrics checked then dash carpeted and refitted all flooring was cleaned then painted with hammerite. All welding done, all was cleaned, rust treated and seam sealed then primed so has all been done to a high standard.
1.9 DG engine with weber carburettor, the engine was brought second hand which has had new gaskets fitted throughout, with new second hand gearbox which has had new gear oil and new clutch fitted all at same time of fitting engine. New thermostat, new spark plugs, electronic ignition fitted, new distributer cap and rotor arm, new water pump, new battery, new fuel lines new fuel filter, new coolant hoses.
engine, inlet manifold and engine bay all cleaned treated and painted including engine hatch also new engine hatch seal.
New front brakes, new rear brake cylinders, new brake flexi, brake lines replaced where needed. New front wheel bearings both sides, lowered all road good condition shocks and springs, banded steels 16” with new matching tyres all round, new front wipers. Upgraded land rover mirrors, roof rack, ladder on tailgate.
Full width rock and roll bed, over head storage above engine hatch, smart four two seats fitted to front, after market steering wheel fitted with boss kit, power steering fitted. Storage box fitted between front seat with 6x9 fitted, speakers fitted in tailgate also.
The van drives well, very smooth
Comes with a spare engine but no heads.

Would benefit from the following
a carb tune/ setup to get the best out of it,
needs gas struts for tailgate,
smokey on start up but clears once warmed up probably valve steam oil seals.
tracking will need to be done steering wheel slightly of
speedometer works but can stick,
would benefit from window seals being replaced,
paint work has been done for rat look I do have a few cans left so can match up if needed if rat look isn't your thing.
Also has a sun roof but unfortunately it leaks it has been siliconed up so need replacement at some point I haven't put a roof panel on the front for this reason.
Van still shows as red it's original colour on the log book.
