Freelander HST top spec 2 for 1

Hst 2.2 TD4.
Back on HY58EBP. MOT august 2026. 3owners hpi clear.
Car has been my dad’s since 2021 and used it as a second car just for work sites.
I used it as a gap car momentarily.
Literally has no dents/scratches. 153500miles and is now SORN 31st december. Interior leather is very clean for age/miles but would benefit from a valet, it’s just the drivers seat lets it down but has covers and a new set of the same ones come in the boot too.

Serviced regularly and had full service history with the belt changed twice in its life and all maintenance done as and when needed. Unfortunately on my house move from midlands to north I lost all the paperwork for this car and also my other car.
Being the hst model has every factory extra panroof, nav, cruise control, fold in mirrors, factory alpine speakers, heated leathers, dual climate control etc etc..
Mileage is 150k but is nothing in reality as these engines are known to last well over 250-300k if continued to be looked after as it has been.
The passenger side pics/video is a bird crap splatter not a dent.
Issues- Battery in the key fob needs replacing (key blade and central locking works fine though) also front passenger tyre has slow puncture but spare full size wheel and tyre in the boot. Interior wants a good valet
