we have owned this for past 4 years found it to be best caravan we have ever had , under floor central heating , gas or electric or both, aircon roof mounted telair with remote control, it also has automatic legs just press a button it puts legs down and self levels it, also has 4 wheel motor mover , twin gas bottles with auto change over , gas/electric full size cooker and full size fridge freezer, also comes with two new smart tv's so can watch netflix off internet etc, island bed in middle of rear of van, has a 120 litres water tank and direct plumb in toilet, we are giving up caravans need a van for same sort of value or if a cheaper van money my way in the deal, before you offer anything , just be aware i know the value of this caravan and also know the value of vans etc ,
this caravan comes with everything and is spotless clean dont do dirty , and dont do broken so everything works as it should, my husband is a car tech he serviced the brakes and other stuff few months ago, this comes with a really good top end air awning and ground sheets and pegs etc and side polls, it also has a alba boiler you can add the card reader to this and control heating from your mobile phone , have two sets of keys all remotes for aircon and motormover and alarm system, really noce van top pof range soft leather seating area , also comes with air fryer and cups and plates etc ready to use, also there is a option for store use on the site we have it on , or possible a all year round pitch might be a option , that would need to be sorted with camp site owners, its stored on a secure site neer pra sands cornwal,,
