Description:
Mitsubishi Evo 6 RS
Hello guys,
I’m possibly considering selling my Evo towards the end of next month. I know this is a little early but I’m just putting the feelers out there in case anyone is currently on the lookout.
The reason for the timing is that the car is currently running in a freshly forged engine built by Gary at APT (Automotive Performance Tuning) – a very well known and respected Evo specialist. The engine is nearing the end of its running-in period and will be going back to APT shortly for a service and final checks. Once that is completed and I finish a couple of small bits I have planned, the car will be ready for its next owner.
Being an RS model, these are much rarer than the GSR. I believe around 864 RS models were produced worldwide, making them a very desirable and lightweight raw driving experience variant.
The car made 408bhp and 370 ft lbs of torque on the 8MR turbo.

Underside Restoration
The car has recently undergone a full underside restoration and protection treatment by Ecolaser UK.
The underside was stripped back to bare metal, inspected and protected. The shell was extremely clean and required zero welding anywhere.
This work was done purely for long-term protection and presentation. I have a full portfolio of photos documenting the entire process from start to finish.
The car is obviously 27 years old, so it isn’t brand new, but it presents very well and has had an incredible amount of money spent on it recently.
Once the running-in service is completed at APT then back to me for some final touches it will be fully ready to go.
This would make a great base for anyone wanting to chase bigger power figures in the future. The engine is practically brand new having just been fully forged and built by Gary at APT, one of the most respected Evo specialists in the UK. With the underside restoration recently completed and the shell confirmed to be extremely clean, the hard and expensive work has already been done.
The car is already producing strong figures with the current setup but it has plenty of potential for anyone wanting to take things further.
Price - £45,000
May consider part exchange if it helps facilitate a sale.
