Welcome to the sale of my pd130 t5, all of the work carried out is by myself using my 15 years of experience in the trade, im currently not using the van as much as id like to due to a works vehicle so may as well let her go to a new home,
The van is mechanically sound just needs cosmetic finishing now to finish her off

I bought the van in November 2023 and have covered approximately 5000 miles due to me carrying out the conversion and work commitments, its been a 3rd vehicle to us and a bit of a toy for me,

Jw automotive 1752 hybrid turbo fitted approx 1500 mile ago and remapped by Henry at pd tuning, he estimates 180-190bhp currently.

Van was originally white and has been resprayed blue with updated splitter fitted and audi r8 replica headlights (every led individually replaced and osram nightbreaker bulbs fitted.

New front shock absorbers with heavy duty lowering springs all round

Detachable towbar

New sachs dual mass and clutch 4000 mile ago
Cambelt fitted with new head approx 3000 mile ago
Asz engine sourced from a mk4 golf and then converted to fit the van (bottom end is on 161k miles reg of golf hy51ebj )
Rebuilt 5 speed gearbox with machined bearing housing and taller 5th speed approx 2000 mile ago £2000
Brand new head, camshaft, valves and seals, headgsaket, pd150 bolts and 4 recon injectors with viton seals and genuine bolts all within my ownership

Detachable rear double seat bench fitted. Seatbelt included but not fitted

Audi a6 seats on proper seat bases and the passenger base swivels.

Genuine vw bulkhead behind 2nd row of seats and can be removed if needed.

uprated door speakers, Sony head unit needs replacing as doesnt work

Tinted front windows and wind deflectors.

19 inch wheels with 4 matching Davanti tyres

Diesel heater fitted Under the van and piped straight into the cab under drivers seat, diesel pipe is in vans sender unit, (heater needs connecting to a battery)

Wiring is ran from battery to under passenger seat ready for a battery and split charge to be installed (not included in sale)

Call me for info and to chat about the van, im happy to keep her and carry out all of the jobs left to do list but thought id see what interest I get as is, its the perfect time to put your own stamp on it now whilst all of the expensive work has been carried out.

Jobs left to do;
paint roof (gloss black paint included in sale)
Small rust bubbles in places and would benefit from a flat and polish (direct 2k gloss paint so easy to touch up yourself)
Air bag light on ( think its the squib and have a replacement to go with sale.)
Wheels could do with a touch up
Inside is untouched but have a roll of audi black carpet to go with the van or make it your own
Side door cable sticky (new one included)
