Rear tinted windows, rear window has some bubbling due to heating elements being used when done ( before my ownership )

Since i have owned it in the past 12 months its had:

Oil and oil filter change
Air filter change
Pollen filter and a/c cleaner
Aircon regas
X2 new budgets on rear fitted 2 months ago 6mm
X2 Michelin ps4 on front 4mm
New rear subrframe bracket on osr
New rear shock absorbers and top shock mounts on rear
X4 new sparkplugs
X4 new coilpacks

Does have an intermittent issue with a cyl 4 injector after 30/45mins of driving and will then go into limp mode but still drives until left to cool and then drives fine again

Osr door lock actuator jammed so the door is stuck closed on passenger rear but did open last week then stopped working again
