Seeing what swap or PX offers are out there for my 2014 Transit Custom Crew Cab.

128k miles.

Van has the genuine latest-style facelift front end fitted including genuine Ford grille and halo lights and really changes the look of the van compared to the older front end.

This hasn’t been used as a battered work van day in day out — mainly been used by myself for family trips and general use.

The van doesn’t come with stamped service history paperwork, however the previous owner was a Transit specialist who bought it direct from a company fleet he maintained himself.

Since owning it I’ve maintained and serviced it meticulously myself and kept a log of work carried out. I also have photos/proof of major jobs including timing chain work etc. I’m very particular with maintenance and don’t believe in cutting corners on vehicles.

Work carried out includes:
• Timing chain done
• Head gasket replaced
• Brake lines replaced
• New battery
• Fuel filter and housing replaced
• Wishbones done
• Driveshafts done
• Brakes done
• Drop links done

Drives well and pulls well. Overall tidy honest van for the age with the usual age-related marks expected.

I’ll be straight about it — after the amount of work and money I’ve put into it, I’ve just lost confidence in it for long family journeys and fancy a change.

Only really interested in 7 seat vehicles as I have 4 kids.
