Neco Alexone 125cc Scooter

Spares or Repairs Selling for a friend is this 2017 Neco Alexone 125cc Scooter. as currently not running did have it started a couple of weeks ago but wont start now. turns over kick start doesn't work. not sure if the millage is correct at moment but wont be much different.

He does have the V5 in his name

as had a few new parts
Stator
Regulator Rectifier
Ignition Coil
Throttle Cable
Side Stand Switch
Front Mudguard
Park Brake Lever

I do have all the panels to put it together we just haven't got the time to get it running.

will need to be collected as no way to deliver
