KTM SXF250 2013

Hi, Here is my ktm SXF250 which i have never actually rode. i bought this around a year ago as a project and was very tatty and unloved. i have stripped the bike nearly all the way down and rebuild most things along the way. it has had a full top end rebuild(all parts ordered from 24mx)

It has had all new bearings throughout the bike apart from the triple clamps/headstock. even down to the little bearing in the rear brake assembly. it also has all new ascerbis plastics and a new sticker kit and the bike has never been out my garage since all this work has done as i dont ride these bikes, i just wanted something to try and tinker with.

But there is some bad bits.

the bike doesnt love starting straight away and sometimes takes a few seconds which i would say is longer than it should although im no expert. i have been told it could be the throttle position sensor but i have never played with them so not really clued up on them. also the forks have a leak so guessing the seals need doing, again never done this and dont really want to try. i would have tried to learn how to do it but i have lost interest in this bike now to be honest and as i have no intention on riding it it has now become a bit of a thing that is just in my way.

the bike does also have a big box of old plastics and other little bits and bobs that came with it which is mainly just old or changed parts and a couple of sets of old plastics
