Bad bits

Small ace leak. Need to top up every 2/3 weeks
Hand brake works but coffee cup spilled on the switch so sometimes takes a fair few presses to engage it.
Few age related marks etc as to be expected

Owned this for a fair while but I’m looking for something smaller as it dosnt get used that much now due to company van. So looking for something that will fit in my garage. Open to most things
