Jdm rs ecu with higher rev limiter of 7500rpm and better fuel mapping
Radiator fan wired to a switch
New rocker cover gasket

The car does need some attention,
It requires a n/s rear wheel bearing due to being noisy
The drivers door speaker is blown but this has never bothered me
Have spares to go with it too
