Looking at potentially swapping due to baby coming so after a 5 door

Full recaros

Corsa vxr 59k miles some laquer peel on N/s door and rear quarter and crack in lower ns bumper general age wear and tear marks
Mot till February recently had 2.7k of repairs
full gearbox rebuild with gen 2 bearings and housing upgrade
New top mounts
New gearbox mount
New clutch and flywheel
Temp sensor
New genuine expansion tank
BOLA B1 alloys
Gravity FMIC all hard piped with ram air filter
Custom exhaust done before I owned
Previous owner said it was stage 1 but unsure of that
Always warmed up and cooled down properly under my ownership and ran on 99 Ron

Service wise it didn’t come with any but I have serviced myself twice in last 4k miles and have receipts for all major work carried out under my ownership cars never let me down

Does need O/S track rod end and will require tracking if I haven’t done this myself by then
