Mazda rx8 limited edition evolve

Here is my beloved Mazda RX8 Evolve limited edition. 61,500 miles, service history.
Been taken good care of during my ownership, but unfortunately need a bigger car for the family

During my time she has had:

-Multiple oil changes roughly every 3K plus oil filters,
-Japspeed decat pipe
-Japspeed cat back system
-Brembo rear brakes
-New rear tyres

I have always premixed the fuel, 200-250ml per full tank. (Royal purple HP 2-C)
It also has no issues whilst starting hot or cold.
Compression tested with good results.
This is a very well maintained example.
