Here’s my c220 diesel sport
Absolutely fantastic on fuel can manage around 60mpg on average, pulls well in all gears.
I’ve owned since about June 2025 bought from a family member who owned car for around 6 years.
Android and CarPlay system bought and fitted to work on original car screen.
Runs and drives great with everything working, engine light on and code indicates throttle position sensor but doesn’t affect the drive.
Had dpf removed and mapped out when I first got the car as the dpf was also bringing a fault and causing limp mode, after this it drives a lot better.
I find when first starting in a morning once you get past 3000rpm it corrects the throttle position with it being electronic.
Service message appears on screen when you first turn ignition stating 850 days over in my ownership I’ve had all brake pads changed new fuel and air filter new water pump and thermostat with coolant all done last September.
Fantastic family car but now struggling with a bad leg from an old injury so looking for automatic as struggle with operating a clutch due to injury .
( car wasn’t used much from October last year until around June 2026 following a double transplant
This is used as my family car so will be hoovered out and emptied before leaving
Valved a lot more than £500 so no stupid offers
Like I’ve said I’d like to find something automatic
