Vw t5 camper van

Toying with the idea of selling my t5 camper 1.9tdi
No mechanical issues at all. I haven’t spared a penny on this van all work has been done by myself at main dealer standard. (I’m a Vw specialist)
Chassis has no rot or welding done and absolutely solid flooring carpeting and insulation swivel seat etc.
£11,000 as is.
Around 10 months mot left
180k miles but whole engine is now basically new all major work was done just over 1000 miles ago.
Currently sat on standard steel wheels with Michelin tyres
Van is currently camper converted

Cnc cut plywood flooring topped with oak style Lino

• egr and cooler deleted to save on carbon build up just done after all the engine work
• stage 1 remap 161bhp & 249 lb/ft torque (Celtic tuning)
•bull bar and led light bar linked to high beams

I have photos of all the work which has been done, more than welcome to bring a mechanic along.

Bad bits:
•van needs a general bodywork tidy up as marks in a few places
• airbag light is on due to new shape steering wheel from golf Gti fitted
• engine light due to me deleting egr after remap had been done (can plug scanner in and show you whilst here)

Bodywork wants a general tidy up and cupboards in back want re wrapping if fussy
