First of all, welcome to this absolutely beautiful holiday home from home in a remote area of the incomparably beautiful country of Wales. No pictures can ever do this caravan or the location justice. I have many more pictures than this and a video so please feel free to request them. She has a master bedroom with double bed and all the fittings, TV and door directly leading into the luxurious toilet, shower and washing room. Another bedroom with two single beds and the usual fittings is located directly across the hallway, close enough to hear the kids wandering in the night but still far enough away to have complete privacy in the bedrooms. Moving through the hallway and past the bedrooms you arrive in the gorgeous and very well equipped yet spacious kitchen, which has a full size four hob gas cooker and oven, and hot and cold running water, powered by a boiler that is less than 18 months old and professionally fitted with receipts/certificates to prove, and amazing views from the kitchen window whilst you or the kids do the washing up in the full size sink. Sit down at the fitted dining area with ample space for 6-8 people to sit and dine. In the same room, yet far enough away from the kitchen area to feel completely separate, is the fitted seating area which pulls out into a double bed. Directly opposite the fitted seating/bed is a very ornate and well designed cabinet/entertainment unit containing a Freesat TV. My description and pictures really do not do this van justice. And now, outside, we have a very nice and solid decking area, which is comfortably big enough to house the washing machine and chest freezer, nicely hidden away and sheltered, and further towards the end of the decking we have a very comfortable and well looked after rattan seating area, providing great views of the surrounding hills and the river that backs onto the pitch. Plus bring your BBQ for the hot summer evenings and set it up on the deck for the perfect burgers and sunset. Dogs, kids and families are all welcome on the site as long as they're well behaved. Also, to the fishermen, there are private fishing lakes available on site for extra fees.
