Seat Leon Cupra mk1 1.8 20v turbo

So here goes cars recently had the following parts replaced in my ownership

Turbo.pcv pipes.waterpump.
Timing belt.heater matrix. Full oil service and filter. New plugs.
Will be getting new discs and pads and a tyre soon for mot that’s due 21st October
Used daily always gets what ever it needs

Bad bits there is 2 small rust points on the drivers side roof near were the roof bars would go and a small size off 50p on drivers side door that could just be sprayed over has a small chip in windscreen but going to get a new one fitted before mot car is unmodified still has original stereo fitted only think car has is a blow off valve fitted nothing else
Not in a rush to swap car reason for up for swaps is partner pregnant so need a bigger car 7 seater
