For sale is our 2002 Volkswagen Golf GTI 2.0 petrol, finished in black, with 143,000 miles.

This isn't your typical tired, neglected old Golf. It's been in our family since its very first owner, passed down through three generations – grandparents, parents and son.

Throughout its life, it's been regularly serviced, maintained and looked after, and that really does show.

The car is in fantastic condition for its age, starts and drives beautifully, and is completely original and unmodified.

It's been a brilliant, dependable car, occasionally used for commuting to Heathrow for work trips abroad, with the added benefit of being ULEZ compliant.
