Wanted MX5 swap for my E46 320D

I've got a BMW E46 320D Touring 150hp with almost full mot. I'm looking for a v8 Jag or an MX5 so looking to swap mine for yours.

I'm also interested in other fun cars so please semd all offers...the worst that can happen os that I say no thabk you. :-)
