Car won’t start as starter motor has failed

Car was taken off the road about 4 years ago due to the clutch pedal failing at the mounting point,
The clutch pedal needs welding or replacing.
A coolant leak has also developed since being stood
The alternator isn’t working as one of the spade terminals has snapped.
Power steering pump has had it but I have a spare to come with the car
Body work isn’t the best bust cleans up very nice, Rust has started to come through on the rear arches so will need to be done at some point in the future and the car does have a few dings and marks around it in general but as you can see from the pictures it still looks well for a 32 year old car!
The drivers side window doesn’t go down
The windscreen has a crack in it

The car has a good engine and box and drove spot on prior to the clutch pedal failing.
The interior is pretty decent for one of these it cleans up pretty well and has its original standard phase 1 seats and steering wheel etc

This isn’t like most project Gtir’s you’ll find that are completely rusted through and rotten away, I’ve tried to move and run the car as much as possible to stop everything seizing up (up until last year when the starter motor failed).
