if your device can be fixed press the buy now button and pay, we will then message you address to send your phone to, once the phone arrives we will start the repair, once fixed we send your device back via recorded, signed for delivery.
if your device can not be fixed, we will give you 50% refund the other 50% is for return postage to send the device back to you and the time used for attempting the repair
please be aware delivery times can vary due to busier times during the christmas period, we dont have control over how quick the courier deliver's the device
if your device arrives over the weekend or bank holiday, we will start the repair on the next working day, we aim for a 24-48 hour repair turnaround, but please appreciate sometimes this may take longer during busier periods
