This is a MAIL SERVICE ONLY which means you have to send your device to us to repair, the return postage is included in the buy now price, all you need to do is pay the postage to send your phone to us we will fix the problem and send the phone back to you via tracked signed for postal courier service.
If your device for any reason cannot be fixed we will give a half price refund, the reason for this is we charge for the time spent working on your device.
before you send your device please make sure it can be turned on, and it does not have any water damage or severe screen damage to the point you cannot see what's on the display, cracks in the screen are ok.
We aim to have your device repaired and sent back to you within 48 hours from the time arrives with us, the 48 hours start from the time your device arrives not from when you send it out.
once repaired we send it straight back to you using tracked signed for delivery service this usually takes 2-3 days via yodel delivery, should you need a quicker delivery service or a more expensive compensation cover for the phone please message us for further information
we are open monday to friday, should your device arrive with us over the weekend or a bank holidays, we will proceed with your repair on the next working day.
