He makes the proposal, You agree to do a swap, even goes so far as to say i am on the way to collect from you. So you wait and wait for him to turn up when you could be doing something better(PUB)? So when he fails to show you wonder if they,ve been in an accident or died or been abducted by aliens. So being polite you email him to ask if alls ok and if theres a problem. But being an apparent IGNORANT CUNT he cannot be arsed to respond to you. Even after a few emails (maybe he is dead after all) he cannot be arsed to answer so FUCK Him Dont waste your time with this TIME WASTING TOSSER.
