I would not agree to send first. Kind of obvious that im not gonna send first to someone has many bad comments on account and the completed swapz with good comments are from swapperz in his/her own town (probably made up accounts or friends)

The person didn't want too swap, then 4 days later he accepted the swap, didn't contact me, didn't reply to my message. I rang the number he put down with his address, rang it and the number is not recognized.
