Very honest bloke, he did not realise that the chain he offered for my ring was fake as it was hallmarked 375 & he had purchased it from a friend. Unfortunately we could not swap due to this. I have give him a full 5* rating as I believe he really did not know the quality of the chain when sending it to me. Welcome back any time if he has something to swap for any of my items.
