The Superpad arrived with scrtaches on the screen and not working!!! His response...make a claim against the Post Office!!! User reply: when i posted it it was fine. there were a couple of small scratches but i didnt say it was new. tried to help him . but post office said if it arrived damaged then make a claim. it was insured, i only know that it worked grat last time i useg it. maybe he thought it was brand new and was gissappointed. dont know. sorry though you are unhappy.
