Items in pictures was not what was sent, swapper should have described the items in more detail and used accurate pictures, if they didnt like what I sent they should also have said. I was sent fake items said to be 'sterling silver' and should have been hallmarked but looked like items bought from a new look store. Swapper was quite abrupt over the phone.
